Introduction Of QMS

Introduction to VNAIC's Quality Management System (QMS)

Vietnam Aeronautical Information Centre (VNAIC) is committed to delivering consistently high-quality products and services. To achieve this, we have established and implemented a QMS that complies with ISO 9001:2015 standards. This system encompasses:

- Quality Policy: Defined by our leadership on March 10, 2020, it emphasizes providing timely, accurate, and complete aeronautical information services and adhering to ICAO standards, Vietnamese laws, and regulations.

- Quality Objectives: Focused on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, employee training, and data quality compliance.

- Standardized Procedures: VNAIC has implemented and controls the procedures necessary to meet the requirements for the provision products and services for all functions, including receiving, collating or assembling, editing, formatting, publishing/storing, and distributing aeronautical data/information.

Certification and Scope:

- Initial Certification: Obtained in January 2016 from DAS Vietnam Co., Ltd., covering aeronautical information services and flight procedure design (ISO 9001:2008 standards).

- Expansion and Re-certification: Following the merger with ARO/AIS units at major airports in 2017, VNAIC successfully transitioned to and obtained re-certification for the broader scope of ISO 9001:2015 in February 2018. This includes:

+ Aeronautical Information Services.

+ ARO (Air Traffic Services Reporting Office).

+ Flight Procedure Design.

 

- Current Certification: VNAIC maintains its QMS through annual monitoring and triennial re-certification. The most recent certificate was issued on December 20, 2024, after successful assessments by the D.A.S Vietnam Certification Company LTD, an official and legal representative of SMG (Sustainable Management Group - Canada).

- Application Locations:

+ The headquarters has 5 professional divisions, including:

  • AIP Division
  • International NOTAM office (NOF)
  • MAP and Flight Procedure Division
  • Division of Technical Operation
  • Aeronautical Database Center

Address: 1st floor,  Domestic Terminal, Cam Ranh International Airport, Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province, Viet Nam.

+ Tan Son Nhat ARO/AIS Centre:

Address: 2nd floor, Domestic Arrival Terminal, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.
