TEMPORARY ADJUSTMENT OF AERODROME CATEGORY FOR FIRE - FIGHTING AT CAN THO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (VVCT)

1 — INTRODUCTION

This section supplements the following portion(s) of the AIP: AD.

This AIP Supplement aims at notifying the temporary adjustment of AD category for fire-fighting at Can Tho International Airport.

(Refer to Item VVCT AD 2.6, page AD 2-VVCT-1-3 in the Viet Nam AIP).

Note: NOTAM A1307/24 has been published to notify this content.

2 — DETAIL

2.1 Temporary adjustment of Aerodrome category for fire-fighting

Downgrading of AD category for fire-fighting from CAT 8 to CAT 7 due to repair of 01 fire truck.

Note: During this time, Can Tho International Airport does not receipt aircraft Code E which requires CAT 9 for fire-fighting such as A330-300, B747-100.

2.2 Applicable time: From 0001 on 9 JUL 2024 to 2359 on 31 DEC 2024 EST.

3 — CANCELLATION

This AIP Supplement shall supersede NOTAM A1307/24.

Any change relating to this AIP Supplement shall be notified by NOTAM.
