  PUT INTO OPERATION A PORTION OF THE WESTERN EXTENDED APRON T2 AT NOI BAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (VVNB)

1 — INTRODUCTION

This section supplements the following portion(s) of the AIP: AD.

This AIP SUP is published to notify the following contents:

  1. The establishment of 11 stands which are only used for parking/parking overnight (non-commercial purposes) and operational procedures of aircraft stands.

  2. The physical characteristics of the Western expanded apron of Terminal T2.

  1. NOTAM A0875/24 has been published to notify these contents.

2 — DETAILS

2.1  Establisment of 11 parking/parking overnight stands (non-commercial purpose):

Note:

  1. Only used for aircraft up to code C and equivalent with wing span up to but not including 36 m.

  2. Only allowed to tow/push aircraft out/into apron, aircraft are not allowed to self-operate.

2.1.1  Aircraft stands and position

Located on the taxilane W1, the stop line is 66.9 M from the taxilane W1A to the South. The nose of the aircraft face South.

1B

Located on the taxilane W1, the stop line is 76.9 M from the taxilane W1A to the North. The nose of the aircraft face North.

2A

The stop line is 32.5 M from taxilane W1A to the North, 272.6 M from the taxilane W1 to the East. The nose of the aircraft face South.

3A

The stop line is 32.5 M from taxilane W1A to the North, 45 M from the stop line of stand 2A to the West. The nose of the aircraft face South.

3B

Located on the taxilane W1B, the stop line is 242 M from taxilane W1 to the East. The nose of the aircraft face East.

4A

The stop line is 32.5 M from taxilane W1A to the North, 45 M from the stop line of stand 3A to the West. The nose of the aircraft face South.

5A

The stop line is 32.5 m from taxilane W1A to the North, 45 m from the stop line of stand 4A to the West. The nose of the aircraft face South.

5B

Located on the taxilane W1B, the stop line is 87.5 M from the stop line of stand 3B to the West. The nose of the aircraft face East.

6A

The stop line is 32.5 M from taxilane W1A to the North, 45 M from the stop line of stand 5A to the West. The nose of the aircraft face South.

7A

The stop line is 32.5 M from taxilane W1A to the North, 46.3 M from the stop line of stand 6A to the West, 46.3 M from the taxilane W1 to the East. The nose of the aircraft face South.

7B

Located on the taxilane W1B, the stop line is 87.5 M from the stop line of stand 5B to the West, the stop line is 67 M from taxilane W1 to the East. The nose of the aircraft face East.

2.1.2  Aircraft operational procedures

Note:

  1. Do not start up at any stands on the Western extended apron of Terminal T2.

  2. Stands 8, 9, 10: Do not apply Towing/Pushing procedure.

Operational limitation

1A, 1B, 7A- Used for aircraft A321 and equivalent (wingspan up to but not including 36 M) - Aircraft towing/pushing procedure from commercial stands to parking/ parking overnight stands and vice versa:

a) For stands from 11 to 58, 1H, 2H, 3H, 9H: Aircraft are towed/pushed from commercial stands → TWY V → taxilane W1 → parking/parking overnight stands. b) For stands from 71 to 86: Aircraft are towed/pushed from commercial stands → TWY V → TWY V8/V9 → TWY S → TWY V2/V3/V4/V5/V6/V7 → TWY V → taxilane W1 → parking/parking overnight stands.

- Stand 1A: Do not tow/push the aircraft in/out the stand when there is aircraft parking at stands1B, 11, 11A.

- Stand 1B, 7A: Do not tow/push the aircraft in/out the stand when there is aircraft parking at stands 11,11A.

2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A

- Used for aircraft A321 and equivalent (wingspan up to but not including 36 M) - Aircraft towing/pushing procedure from commercial stands to parking/ parking overnight stands and vice versa: a) For stands from 11 to 58, 1H, 2H, 3H, 9H: Aircraft are towed/pushed from commercial stands → TWY V → taxilane W1 → taxilane W1A → parking/parking overnight stands. b) For stands from 71 to 86: Aircraft are towed/pushed from commercial stands → TWY V → TWY V8/V9 → TWY S → TWY V2/V3/V4/V5/V6/V7 → TWY V → taxilane W1 → taxilane W1A → parking/parking overnight stands.

- Do not tow/push the aircraft in/out the stand when there is aircraft parking at stands 1B, 11, 11A.

3B

- Used for aircraft A321 and equivalent (wingspan up to but not including 36 M). - Aircraft towing/pushing procedure from commercial stands to parking/ parking overnight stands and vice versa: a) For stands from 11 to 58, 1H, 2H, 3H, 9H: Aircraft are towed/pushed from commercial stands → TWY V → taxilane W1 → taxilane W1A → parking/ parking overnight stands. b) For stands from 71 to 86: Aircraft are towed/pushed from commercial stands → TWY V → TWY V8/V9 → TWY S → TWY V2/V3/V4/V5/V6/V7 → TWY V → taxilane W1 → taxilane W1A → taxilane W1B → parking/parking overnight stands.

- Do not tow/push the aircraft in/out the stand when there is aircraft parking at stands1B, 11, 11A. - Do not tow/push to taxi via the stand 5B when there is aircraft parking at stand 5B.

5B, 7B

- Used for aircraft A321 and equivalent (wingspan up to but not including 36 M)- Aircraft towing/pushing procedure from commercial stands to parking/ parking overnight stands and vice versa: a) For stands from 11 to 58, 1H, 2H, 3H, 9H: Aircraft are towed/pushed from commercial stands → TWY V → taxilane W1 → taxilane W1A → taxilane W1B → parking/ parking overnight stands. b) For stands from 71 to 86: Aircraft are towed/pushed from commercial stands → TWY V → TWY V8/V9 → TWY S → TWY V2/V3/V4/V5/V6/V7 → TWY V → taxilane W1 → taxilane W1A → taxilane W1B → parking/parking overnight stands.

- Stands 5B, 7B: Do not tow/push the aircraft in/out the stand when there is aircraft parking at stands1B, 11, 11A. - Stand 5B: Do not tow/push the aircraft taxi via the stand 3B when there is aircraft parking at stand 3B.- Stand 7B: Do not tow/push the aircraft taxi via the stand 3B, 5B when there is aircraft parking at stands 3B, 5B.

2.2  The physical characteristics of the Western expanded apron of Terminal T2

  1. Dimension: 534 M x 412 M

  2. Position: The West of Terminal T2

  3. Strength: PCN 64/R/A/W/T

  4. Apron surface: Cement concrete

  5. Apron edge: 485 M x 5 M

  6. Surface of the apron edge: Bituminous concrete

3 — CANCELLATION

This AIP Supplement shall supersede: NOTAM A0875/24.

This AIP Supplement shall become effective from 0000 on 12 MAY 2024.

Any change relating to this AIP Supplement shall be notified by
NOTAM.

This AIP Supplement consists of 1 attachment as follows:
